Cockgate: more impunity?

Since the arrest of Mr. Mendonça, two federal policemen who took part on the operation were surprisingly transfered from their offices. Judge Joel Pereira dos Santos accepted the public attorney legal complaint against Duda, Jorge Babu and four other involved (Federal Environmental Crimes Law n° 9.605/98, article 32) and defendants were called on court on March 14th, 2005.
